I'm a little short on time this morning. Might try to get strength in really quickly and will likely have to save the metcon for later this afternoon (when it's 1000 degrees).

Comments: OH Press: Pumped with a new PR! Just in time to stall out on my working sets. Ha ha. Oh well. Not sure what to do from here. I guess knock the weight back 15-20lbs and start over, or just keep going at the same weight scheme and do reps of 3. Man, that DL assistance sucks. Didn't have time to get to the metcon today. Partly because I didn't want to be smoked for the work day and partly because I didn't really have time. I'll try to do that one this afternoon.

20 Minute AMRAP: 5 Weighted Pull-ups (25 lbs) 10 Decline Push-ups (feet on 30" Box) 15 Squats (Holding a 45 lb Plate) 20 Sit-ups (Holding a 25 lb Plate)
Rounds: 6 Rounds, 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups
Metcon: This was supposed to be 10 rounds, but I only wanted to do 20 minutes so I made it and AMRAP. Good metcon.

Yeah, I know it had to be hot there. It was 100 when I did that metcon yesterday (although it was probably 95ish in the garage). I was doing all of that stuff right in front of a fan. That time of year...
