Comments: This was a bad idea to do this workout today. I should've done it tomorrow.
Deadlifts: Missed my reps on these. It was supposed to be 3(5x345). That is because I was
beat down from working out the past two days and working hard at my job. Plus this is the first
time since I started powerlifting 6 months ago that I have done more than 3 heavy weeks in a row.
On a good day I would've gotten my reps. If I don't take next week off, I will stay at this weight
and will probably get my reps.
OH Press Assistance: This was easy. Felt fine.
Metcon: Second time doing Man Makers. They are not easy.
Again, this was supposed to be a day off. I think I'm pretty beat from adjusting to the heat,
working hard at my job and doing a longer cycle than usual. Bench/Run tomorrow, then I'll
take Friday off. I have to help my buddy remodel his house on Saturday and need to be fresh
for that. Hope you all have a good one.
