Looks like the R&R continues for me. Have to go take another drug test today as my one from last week was "diluted". Evidently staying hydrated on a hot day is a big no-no if you have to have a drug test.

I took a multivitamin and still drank my water. It made my pee stay yellow/colored but I was able to still drink water.

Nice! That sounds a lot more relaxing than my day has been. Just trying to get some loose ends tied down before I start this new job. There are a lot of them... Hope you have a good workout.

Warm Up: 5 min AMRAP of: 5 push ups,10 squats, 20 jumping jacks, 250 m run TR=3 on the nose! Metcon: 50 squats, 40 sit ups, 30 push ups, 20 ring Rows, 10 burpeesTT=10'23" It was hot and I ate before I worked out. 102° with the heat index.
