Was going to do some light conditioning work today, but my schedule keeps conveniently filling up with stuff to do. We'll see.

WU-4RFT of: 5 chins, 10 push ups, 15 squats, 20 sit ups TT=7'49" Metcon- ladder of 1 sit up, 1 squat, 1 burpees; add one rep per round until a 15' clock runs out. Got up to 10+11 sit ups + 11 squats + 2 burpees This was terrible. Outside the garage it is 117°F with heat index; inside the garage the thermometer reads 105°F in the shade with a ceiling fan on. Going to get in the pool with the boys, mow some grass and weed whack before we leave for vacation. Hope you get a chance to exercise.

Can't wait to be down there in that heat in a few weeks. This whole time off thing is not helping me get used to the heat, that's for sure. I have an eye appointment, then need to call the airline about our trip to Disney World. After that, maybe. May just let this be another rest day. That will be five rest days in a row now. I still need to draw up another Mesocycle and the last one is now over. I'm using the Macbook now that I had to turn in my other computer and Numbers is a little different than Excel. Should be interesting trying to figure that out. Great job on the workout. Again, I don't know how you do it out there in that heat.
