Man, that sucks. I hope he is doing better soon. Wife said no way am I working out today. I may still do a little run or something, but she wants me to take a full week off.

Good to hear. Yeah, she's usually right. I don't have a lot of motivation to workout anyway. I think I pushed it so hard during my old job because it was OK if I was barely able to function. And well, it is fun pushing yourself to the limit. Well, I have to leave that behind now. The thought of just going through the motions seems OK, but it doesn't exactly get you pumped up. I don't know, today was rest day # 6. I'll be back at it soon enough. We'll see how it goes.

Went ahead and wrote my Deload Week and Week 1 Schedule for my next cycle. I stopped there, because all I would really have to change after Week 1 is the conditioning. It did get me a little more pumped up to workout. I've now had 6 days off in a row. It is starting to feel weird... Hope you all had a good day.

Busy day. Packing, cleaning and getting ready for vacation. Glad you are pumped. We leave tomorrow so expect some dead air from me.
