WU- 800m jog/40 jumping jacks/30 squats/20 sit ups/10 push ups TT~9'-10' Metcon- Tabata push ups: average of 6 per round Tabata squats: average 10 per round Tabata burpees: average 4 per round Tabata= 20 seconds of work then 10 seconds rest x8 Push ups and squats were OK, but the burpees were terrible. Got a great chest/shoulder blast from this. Kind of a lazy morning as the mom in law entertained the kids for us. Heading to ATL later today. Hope you have a good day.

Nice work man! Tabata burpees? That makes me want to puke just thinking about it! BTW- I have made this forum private (only members can view the threads). I created a new forum this morning that appears to have Facebook integration. It is still pretty bare bones at this point. I will probably just keep it that way and add things if needed. The interface is pretty different and I'm still learning it. Check it out here: garagegymwarriors.forumotion.net/Again, it's pretty bland right now. I thought it may be time to reinvent ourselves a little. EFF has been nice, and we can always keep it around, but wanted to try something new. Let me know what you think.

Nice work! I may have to use the Tabata interval for sprints. That sounds good (and awful). pale Have fun in ATL! Very Happy

Nice. Might have to look into that. Does it have a clock that times the intervals for you?
BTW- F I N A L L Y figured out how to change the logo up there. That was a challenge. It may just be temporary. We'll see.

PostPosted: Fri 26 Jun 2015 - 18:09 by JaySun Yes, you can punch in the times you want for prep, work sets, rest sets & cool down. Today my work:rest ratio was 20": 10" x8. So, amap push ups in 20" then rest 10" repeat that 8x.
