Deload
Warm-up:
5 Minute EMOM
3 Rows, 95 lbs
4 Hang Power Cleans, 95 lbs
5 Push Press, 95 lbs
Bench:
6x5 @ 50% (125 lbs)
Deadlifts: (Double Overhand Grip)
6x5 @ 50% (210 lbs)
Assistance:
3 Rounds, NFT:
5 OABBRs, 55 lbs
5 Knees to Elbows
Time: 25:47 (including Metcon)
Conditioning:
Run 2 Miles (Slow Pace)
Post Time/Pace: 18:25/9:15 Pace
Comments: Combined Deadlifts and Bench since it was a Deload Week. That definitely increased
the difficulty to that of probably one normal workout. Oh well. That’s all the time I had.
The workout was fine, but that run SUCKED. Good thing it was slow pace…
I've changed my schedule up to maximize energy levels at work. This is what I’m going to do now:
Sunday: Rest
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: Squats, Sprints/Interval Run
Wednesday: OH Press, Metcon
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Deadlifts, Short Metcon
Saturday: Bench, Run
I may take one of those metcons out. It seems a little nuts to be doing moderate to hard conditioning
4 days per week. We’ll see. Going to try and get the cars washed before the storms start.
Have a good day!
