Not too bad. The sit ups were with holding a 25# med ball. The time is a rough estimate as all three boys were with me attempting to follow along.

About 2 mile walk today - not quite as eventful/long as yesterday. JaySun, wish I'd had a dog with me today! Not sure if there were geese where you were. Tried to bulldoze the stroller through a pack of the them - all I got was hisses and no movement. Mad

Easy Deload workout. Nothing to it on squats. Tabata Burpees sucked though.
