8 Rounds For Time:
10 Dips (between two tables)
10 Rows (45 lb Coffee Table)
10 Squats
10 Sit-ups
Time: 9:37
Comments: Whipped this one together really quickly in the hotel room. Was going ot do 10 rounds,
but didn't have time to go for longer than 10 minutes. Not a hard metcon. The rows with the coffee
table were just to do something for a pull exercise as my pull-up bar won't work in this room.
Off to shower and back to work. Hope you all have a good day!

We hiked 2 easy miles to the bottom of Black Creek gorge. Hot as a pepper pudding as my dad would say. 110°F with heat index. I also did this:
WU-200 single unders/3rft:10 squats, 40 flutter kicks TT=5'04"
Metcon-5rft: 100 single unders/10 hrpu/100 single unders/10 jump squats TT~10'
Not too bad. Good, moderate workout.
Glad you were able to get a chance to work out.
