WU-4' AMRAP: 5 push ups, 10 squats, 20 jumping jacks TR=5+5 push ups
WOD- 500m run/40 squats/30 sit ups/20 push ups/10 burpees TT=6'04"
DL-135*5 170*5 205*3 270*3 290*3 305*3(+) 340*3(J)
This was a good workout and represents what my programming will be like from here on out. Kind of similar to yours Trent, but will fit my schedule. The DL's were terrible, I just don't like them. I will persevere and hopefully become stronger. I also did 5 inch deficit deadlift for all set but the last one. I have BP tomorrow. I can tell that the weight I lost has made me weaker.
Hope you are having fun and enjoy the rest/time away from work.

Nice job on the workout. That's a ton of heavy sets. I bet the DLs were hard. Might want to do the conditioning at the end of your workout too. Do your heavy sets when you're fresh. That's my advice at least.
Long one here. Walked lots of miles in the heat. You can usually get five hours out of me before I lose interest and start getting angry. Made it for six hours today and we were both done. Hope you have a good rest of the day.
