Elephant Fitness Forum was born on 12/8/2014 by a small group of dedicated folks who wanted a place to post the results of their daily workouts, no matter what type of training they were involved in. It is named in memory of my first weightlifting partner and good friend, Ben, who, because he was a big guy, we called "the Elephant." This Forum serves as a way to do the following:
-Post Daily Workouts -Keep Track of Fitness Progress -Encourage and Aid Others in their Fitness Goals -Share Information about Training, Correct Form, etc. -Be a Reference for Links to Videos of Correct Form and Other Resources
What are you missing by not joining?
Well, to start with, joining is and will always be FREE. Also, we will not send you spam emails or ask you to buy anything from us. We are here for one reason: to get stronger, faster and get in better shape. And we started this forum to facilitate that for us and you. When you join the forum, you'll have access to all of the forums on this site and be able to get into the discussion. You will be able to learn from others and others will learn from you. One thing that I can guarantee is that you will benefit greatly from these interactions (as we have). So what do you have to lose? Nothing. You only have everything to gain. So join us!
