Comments: OH Press: Those reps aren't getting any easier. I must've lost some strength on that lift. Oh well, I'll get it back in due time. Felt pretty good for this workout. Metcon tonight.

Thanks. Yeah, it tends to solve a couple of problems if you split it up. First, it makes each portion more manageable and you're fresh when you are going into them. Second, it gets you up and running for the day, but you don't do so much that you're exhausted for the rest of the day. Third, you're looking at about 30 minutes tops per session. My wife likes that much better than when I get home and say "I need to workout. It's probably going to take an hour or so." I'd highly recommend it. Truthfully, I'd rather do the conditioning in the morning as I'm usually more tired in the evening. But, I have less time in the morning and strength is usually shorter. Oh well. Maybe one day when I'm older I'll be waking up at 3:00AM and will have plenty of time.

WU-500m run 2'33" 4' AMRAP: 5 jump squats, 5 push ups, 5 four count flutter kicks TR=6+4 jump squats Squats-135*5 185*5 210*5 215*2*10 215*amap(12) TT~13' Conditioning-12' AMRAP: 15 30# ez-bar curls, 15 slow dragon flies, 15 seal jacks TR=5 Actually would have been an easy workout, but it was 111°F. Just covered in sweat with a ceiling fan blowing on me. Going to take a shower and go buy some work clothes. Hope your conditioning goes well.

Metcon: That was tough. I didn't partition it, and honestly that made it easier. I had to take more breaks simply because I couldn't get that many reps with the 25 lb backpack on. Oh well, still a good workout. I was hoping to get under 30 minutes, but not quite. Tomorrow is a rest day for me. Hope you have a good night.

I have Rows tomorrow and a conditioning session.

Thanks man. Yeah, the pull-ups, push-ups and squats partitioned would've made it easier. I took the backpack off and held a 25 lb plate for the squats so that's why I didn't partition it.
