Good stuff. I had some extra time at work today and posted some of our metcons in a new forum where each metcon has its own thread. That way you or I (or anyone) can post their times to them.

wu-500m run 2'33" 3rft: 5 chins, 10 squats, 15 four count flutter kicks TT=3'45" Rows: 110*5 125*5 135*2*10 135*amap(12) TT=8'45" Conditioning: 5 three minute rounds of 21-15-9 of i) jumping jacks ii) jump squats rest one minute between rounds Let me tell you: that metcon SUCKED! I was sucking wind on the JS's. Whoo-eee! It was only 106°F, but it was tough. Everything else was easy. So, I did 21 JJ then 21 JS....15/15....9/9....rest...repeat. The goal was to finish both exercises in 3 minutes.

I still get that weird tingly shooting pain down my arms into my hands when I try to do heavy rows. I may do them next cycle though. Nice job!
