Comments: Went ahead and did bench this morning really quickly so I wouldn't have that left to do with DLs and a metcon this evening. Felt fine.

Conditioning: 5 Rounds for Time: 4 Hang Power Snatches, 95 lbs 6 Chest to Bar Pull-ups 8 Close Grip Push-ups 10 Box Jumps, 24"
Time: 13:22
Deadlifts: Felt sluggish on these. Just a long day and week. Oh well. Metcon: I perked up during this. It wasn't that bad of a metcon. HP Snatches and Close Grip Push-ups were unbroken. It was originally supposed to be 4 rounds and Inner Grip Bench instead of Push-ups but I only have one long bar and needed that for Snatches. I wanted it to go a little longer too so I added that round. Good metcon. Definitely got to step it up and start doing some harder metcons. Tomorrow is a rest day as far as training goes. Long run on Saturday. Have a good night.

I did get to workout and I thought I posted it. Well, here it is again: wu-1000m run, 5 burpees, 10 push ups, 15 squats TT~7' Clean and Press-75*5 85*5 95*2*10 95*10+(12) TT~10' Conditioning- 100-90-80-70-60-50-40-30-20-10 single unders; after each set of single unders immediately do 50-45-40-35-30-25-20-15-10-5 sit ups TT ~17' The temp was only 100°F today so I felt great. The metcon was tougher than I thought, but not bad. The sit ups were the time killer. I can blast some single unders. I swear I posted this earlier. DL's tomorrow.
