wu-500m run 2'12", 3rft:5 four count mtn climbers, 5 push ups, 5 sumo squats, 5 chins TT=3'10" Deadlift-195*5 225*5 240*2*10 240*10+(12) Conditioning-3rft: 100 single unders, 250m run, 5 body blasters TT=10'29" Pretty hard workout today. The DL's weren't that bad, just got psyched up on that last set. The conditioning was a wake up call. I felt that one. The run after the SU's was awful and then the BB. In case you want to do a totally awesome bodyblaster here's how: do a burpee, at the top of the jump grab the pull up bar and then do a dead hang PU, then do a k2e. That's one rep. Fun. It is 100° today, but feels hotter.

It is 100° today, but feels hotter. Nice job man. I hear ya 10x240 on DL! Also, the Body Blasters sound awesome. Where are you finding such torturous movements? Wasn't much of a rest day here. Worked pretty hard all day and finished the week with 55 hours. I've had a wake up call lately too. When I step onto the scale it says I have gained 5 lbs and my pants are fitting tighter. I'm going to be upping the conditioning on this next cycle and will likely skip the deload week. Football on tonight. Enjoy.

I just googled "body weight metcon" and found a link to the CF forums and someone had a PDF file that is 23 pages of metcons categorized as BW, pull up bar, jump rope, running, specials. Good stuff. If I can find it again I'll post it.

Awesome man! I saved that PDF to my computer. I thought about adding some of our favorite Crossfit Metcons to the Metcon Library too. It could be it's own sub category or just part of the categories that are posted.
