Conditioning: Distance Run, Slow Pace
6.10 Miles, 1:03:32, 10:26 Pace
Comments: That was awful. Period. I tried a new route and to be honest I didn't really know exactly which way I was going to go. I had no idea that was going to be that long and the last two miles were almost entirely up hill. I ended up walking a few times, but did run 4 miles without walking. My legs are frickin' destroyed. OK, time to go mow the yard. Have a good one.

I just wanted to mention one more time that that sucked. Nice job though. Yeah,a sixer can be a lot, especially on the endurance. Way to stick it out.

Wu-500m run TT=2'31" 4'amrap: 5 push ups, 10 squats, 20 jj's TR=5+5 push ups+7 squats Bench 125*5 155*3 175*1 185amap(17) Conditioning-5rft:5 chins, 10 95# front squats, 15 push ups (feet elevated 24") 20 v-ups; after the fifth round do 200 jumping jacks TT=12'15" This was day one of the "realization" phase of the "10's wave" of the Juggernaut method. I was shooting for 20 on the last set but, my 3yo got too close and I had to hold it at the top for about 15". That metcon is one of yours TM79 and it was not bad, but the front squats were the killer. IDK if my time is good or not and it includes the JJ's. Enjoy the ribs.

There were moments when I was wondering if I was just going to die. And at the time, that wouldn't have been a bad thing. I'm sure all of the people driving by were like, "what is that guy doing to himself?" Just trying to kill myself, one Saturday run at a time. Ribs are cooking. Beer is cold. Life is good.
