Morning. I was going to do squats this morning, but was up most of the night with the baby going nuts so it may be another rest day. Hope you have a good one.

Sorry the baby was up all night. IDK what is wrong, but when mine were little and we didn't know what was going on we gave them gas drops or gripe water.
I am doing squats later and a metcon.

Yeah, I have no idea. Evidently she is doing fine today. Enjoy the squats and metcon. I may do squats if I'm feeling incredibly motivated (doubtful).

800 Meters, Slow Pace 800 Meters, Fast Pace 800 Meters, Slow Pace
Splits: 4:34, 3:30, 4:45
Comments: Was going to take the day off, but found out that I'm going to be out of town for the first part of next week, so I didn't want to fall behind on my schedule. Squats: Felt good on these. Strong sets. Assistance: It was an adjustment doing those extra reps. Good workout. Interval Run: Felt rough for the first 800. Felt decent after that. Overall, not bad times for me. Overhead Press and a metcon tomorrow. Hope you have a good night.

Thanks man. The "slow" intervals were nice and slow. It was more like a five minute jog, followed by a 3:30 run, followed by a 5 minute jog.
