Thanks! The Assistance lifts really equal out to 4 sets of 10. I just split it up between two different exercises. On the last cycle, I was doing 3 sets of 8. I upped it to 40 reps to help out with conditioning. But rather than grind out 4 sets of 10 (or 5 sets of 8) of the same exercise, I split the reps up between two different exercises to add some variety.

Not too bad. In a rush as I have a coaches meeting this afternoon. Yes, it's that time of year again. I'll be coaching the 3YO team this year and letting the oldest son be on his own.

Thanks man. Definitely feeling it in my shoulders today. It's really going to be fun doing that many DLs tomorrow. Actually, I think I'm splitting the assistance up between 5 DLs and 5 PCs. Glad the soccer meeting went well. Hope you guys have a good season. Looking forward to hearing about it.
