Conditioning: 1/2 a deck of cards face cards=10 ace=11 jokers=400m run hearts=burpees diamonds=4 ct mtn climbers spades=4 ct flutter kicks clubs=sit ups. TT=16'11" Let's just say that I only had two cards under 5 and most were red and a third were face/ace. Hope you have a great day.

That' stout. I like the deck of cards too. It looks awful. You need to do a better job of splitting that deck up.

I did not go for 15 because as I was lowering the bar on rep 14 I almost busted my chin. I knew I was done. Yeah, that deck of cards sucked but, in a good way. I didn't keep track of the counts but, I do know I did a lot of burpees and mtn climbers.
