Good morning. All I have left for the week is a distance run or ruck. I wanted to do that this morning, but yesterday discovered that it isn't light outside in time, so I guess that's a no go. I may try to do a little something tomorrow morning, but it won't be anything crazy. Hope you all have a great Friday.
