For my long metcon this week, I was thinking "Barbara".
5 Rounds for Time: 20 Pull-ups 30 Push-ups 40 Sit-ups 50 Squats
*Rest 3:00 between rounds.

That's funny, I was going to do that one this week as well. I have squats and a short metcon today since we have soccer practice.

Five Rounds for Time: 20 Pull-ups 30 Push-ups 40 Sit-ups 50 Squats
*Rest 3 Minutes between Rounds
Time: 32:15
Splits: R1: 4:00 R2: 3:58 R3: 4:02 R4: 3:58 R5: 4:17
Comments: Only about 6 hours of sleep last night. This was a good metcon. I like the built in breaks. It made it much more doable on a long day after not much sleep. Splits were pretty consistent and I did take the full 3 minutes off between rounds. Probably going to take a day off tomorrow. Hope you have a good night and Mike, if you're on here tonight I'm probably going to be dragging tomorrow. Ha ha. Hope you get to workout.

I also ran a lot at soccer practice in the 105°F sun.

Nice job on the squats and running in the heat. I was complaining about the heat in our garage yesterday. It was only 80 degrees but had just finished raining so the humidity was 100%. Anyway, I won't complain. Looking forward to seeing how you do on Barbara. The sit-ups were actually the worst part for me. By the last round I was only doing 10 at a time. Guess my core needs some work.

chest day Flat bench 4x6 Flat bench 3x 8-10-12 Reverse grip flat bench 3 x 10 Incline bench 3x6 Reverse grip incline bench 3x10 Decline bench 2x10 Hammer strength chest press 4x10 Incline db press 2x15 Flies 3x20 (one set high, one set neutral, one set low).
I do a lot of incline movement because the upper portion of my chest is a trouble area do I really try to hit it hard.
Abs Wind shields 3x10 Crunch 3x15 Reverse crunch 3x15 Heel touch 3x40
