Good morning. Probably a rest day here. Sunday I did about 70 squats and then some 800's. Yesterday, I did 250 more BW squats. Needless to say, putting my pants on this morning was a challenge. If I do anything today, it will probably be either Bench/Rows or a Distance Run. We'll see. Hope you have a good day.

BB Rows: 135*4*8 135*8+(12)
Conditioning: "Up and Down" 25 push ups, 10 squats,20 push ups, 20 squats,25 push ups, 30 squats,10 push ups, 40 squats, 5 push ups, 50 squats TT=8'20"
Not too bad. Felt strong on Rows. Didn't have time for Barbara today but, UP&Down was bad enough. Off to the grocery store.

I miss me some T-bar Rows. I like to do barbell rows as a pull exercise, and it is all fine and good, but once you really start to get heavy it can hurt your back because there is nothing to rest your chest on in the old garage.
