Morning All. The baby woke us up at 4:30AM, so I guess I'll go ahead and workout. Gonna go hit some Bench and Rows. Then, this evening, I may do Deadlifts. We'll see. Hope you have a good day Jaysun, and I'll see you in a few hours Mike.

Bench 10x45, 5x135, 3x155 3(5x185) Rows 3(5x165) Assistance: 4 Rounds, Not for Time: 5 Bench Press, 135 lbs 5 Rows, 115 lbs 5 SLDLs, 115 lbs 5 Ring Dips 5 Strict Pull-ups Time: 23:41 Comments: Bench: Fine on these. Rows: Same. I've put Rows in with Bench now. It was pretty crazy to be doing rows assistance on Squat day. The SLDLs were for you Jaysun. More coming later...

Conditioning: 2rft:1' of each: squats, push ups, sit ups,burpees,jumping jacks, rest Total Reps=309
That conditioning sucked. OHP was tough on the last set. Hope everybody had/has a good day.

Assistance: 4 Rounds, Not for Time: 5 Deadlifts, 210 lbs 5 Power Cleans, 95 lbs 10 Toes to Bar
Time: 22:19
Conditioning: Mowed the Yard
Deadlifts: Felt pretty good for the heavy sets. The assistance work sucked though. Nothing like some good old TTB after your grip is totally screwed. Conditioning: That was like a vacation compared to a metcon or run. Just for fun, I mapped it with my app and it was about one mile total of walking with the mower/blower. Not too bad. All I have left for the week is a distance run or cardio of some sort. I may try to get that in tomorrow. Hope you all have a good night.

Shoulders
Db shoulder press 4x6 Hammer strength plate loaded shoulder press 4x6 Bar Bell shoulder press 3x6 Up right rows 3x10 Lat raise 3x10 Front raise 3x10 Reverse raise 3x10 Bar shrugs 4x10 Prison push ups 1 set
I need a better shrug method. I really dislike db shrugs and the smith machine is at a strange angle.
Abs Around the worlds 3x10 Decline sit up 3x10 Decline oblique twist 3x10 Decline reverse sit up 3x10

I used to just do barbell shrugs on the power rack most of the time. I think I did them on the Smith Machine behind my back once in a while. I remember you had to face a certain direction if you were using straps or the bar would just constantly try to spin and rerack itself.
