I'll start it today. I have bench press and conditioning today. It will look like this:
WU: 2' of single unders; 4' AMRAP: 5 push-ups, 10 squats, 20 jumping jacks TR=
Bench Press: 160x3 180x3 195x2x8 195x8+ ( ) TT=
Conditioning: Up the Ladder: 15' AMAP of: 1 sit-up, 1 squat, 1 burpee...2,3,4... TR=

Looks good to me. I've always wondered what the +( ) means on your last heavy set. Good luck on that metcon. It looks rough. That would be a good addition to the metcon section.

Conditioning: Up the Ladder: 15' AMAP of: 1 sit-up, 1 squat, 1 burpee...2,3,4... TR=11
Triceps burned out on bench press. What you said about the metcon being rough is true. It was terrible but in a good way. My best on it was 13 rounds but, I did squat thrusts only instead of burpees. Working at the canoe livery tomorrow and will have another busy weekend.

The + means you go to 2-3 reps shy of failure. So 8+ would mean a minimum of 8 and more if able. So my numbers in ( ) is what I actually did.
