Good morning. I may do Squats and OH Press later. I think my schedule is supposed to get hectic at the end of the week so I probably need to get started early again this week. Hope you all have a good day.

Squats 5x135, 5x185, 3x205 3(5x225)
Assistance: 4 Rounds, Not for Time: 5 Pause Box Squats, 135 lbs 5 A2G Squats, 135 lbs 30 Second Plank Hold
Time: 21:00
Conditioning: Interval Run: 800 Meters Slow: 5:00 1600 Meters Medium: 8:05 800 Meters Slow: 4:48
Comments: Had eaten lunch an hour before this, so that didn't help anything that much. Squats: Legs were feeling pretty worn down. I've This will be around 7 weeks in a row for me now. Probably should've taken a deload week. Oh well. It is what it is. Sets were decent. I did Box squats then immediately took a step or two forward and did A2G so that sucked. Interval Run: Again, don't eat before a workout/run.

Well i felt like hurting all week during work so I decided to do the leg day i missed on friday.
Leg Day
Squats 3x10 Dead lifts 3x10 (first time so i started light). Hip Thrusts 3x10 leg curl 3x10 leg extension 3x10 lunges 3x20 Leg press 3x10 Calf raises 4x15
I HATE LEG DAYSSSSSSS. I treat my legs like i treat my gf... Ignore them and watch them disapear.
