Happy first birthday to my wife and I for making it one year with our daughter. No, it's actually my daughter's birthday. It's pretty nuts that that much time has gone by already. People used to tell us that that would happen, but I didn't believe it. Anyway, as for training, going to hit some OH Press this morning and probably a metcon this afternoon. Woke up to pouring rain for the first time in a while. Gonna be a fun ride to work. Have a great day folks.

Comments: Felt pretty good for this one this morning. Felt strong for OH Press. Assistance was fine. Planning to do a metcon tonight. Will have to pick that today.

Metcon: That was actually a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. HSPUs were piked. I finished all of that stuff except the last 50 pull-ups by about 13 minutes and it took me 5 more minutes to do those pull-ups. Ten sets of five on those. The first set of pull-up was over five reps until the last twenty reps. OK, done for the day. Tomorrow is probably going to be rest. Have a good night.

Chest press 4x6 max set was 185 moved up in weight 10 pounds from last week. Its the small things in life.. rest of the work out stayed the same as last week

Glad to hear that you were able to move up in weight. I'm only moving up 5 lbs every 6 weeks right now on bench if it makes you feel any better.
