Ahh... it is September. Time for some football and hurricanes. Also, there are several people claiming that everything from the stock market crashing to the beginning of the apocalypse is going to happen this month. Well, I am not going to make any of those claims. OK, well, I do think we'll see some football and maybe a hurricane. Probably a rest day here. I may do DLs later. Hope you guys have a good day and a great month.

Conditioning: Tabata push ups: 12/10/7/6/6/6/6/6 Tabata squats: 12/11/13/12/11/12/12/13
Squats were the worst. All felt good except the last set. No grinding though. Felt good to sweat and train. Hope everyone had a nice day.

Well, it did end up being a rest day here. My legs are pretty smoked from Squats on Sunday and that metcon last night. Tomorrow I'll do Deadlifts and possibly Bench. Hope you all have a good night.

Had a back day from hell today. have a sore wrist may have to take it easy but i still squeezed out 25 sets of rows, pull downs, t bar, lat pull downs and pull ups but on the bright side my chest is coming along.

Nice job Mike! Sorry to hear about the sore wrist, but it sounds like you bounced back pretty well. Hope you guys are having a good week. I'm definitely missing the camaraderie.
