Good morning. Pretty beat from yesterday here. Still, I thought about hitting some bench and rows this morning. I'll probably save it though as I believe we're going to be doing tests on a scorching hot roof today, so I should probably save my energy and hydration for that. We'll see what happens. Assistance: 4 Rounds, Not for Time: 5 Bench Press, 135 lbs 5 Rows, 115 lbs 5 Ring Dips 5 Strict Pull-ups 10 Straight Leg Deadlifts, 115 lbs
Time: 22:41
Comments: Decided to go for it. Done with weights for the week now. Distance Run is all that remains. Felt pretty good for these sets. Hope you all have a great day.

Clean & Press: 90*3 105*3 110*2*8 110*8+(10) TT=8'38"
Conditioning: 16' AMRAP of: 4 chin ups, 4 squats, 4 push ups,4 leg lifts TR=16
The clean and press was very heavy feeling. The conditioning was not too bad all exercises were done with super strict form. The leg lifts ended with a hip thrust at the top.
