I have DL's and conditioning. I see you're an even bigger maniac than I am. You save Deadlifts and Conditioning all the way until Friday, while I'm sitting on the couch drinking a cold beer. Looking forward to seeing how you do.

DL: 225*3 255*3 275*2*8 275*8+(12) TT=9'22"
Conditioning: 5rft:100 single unders, 10 push ups, 100 single unders, 20 jumping jacks TT=14'04"
The conditioning was absolutely terrible. Dead lifts were not that bad I actually felt very very strong and fit for these. This is a change as usually the deadlift is my worst lift. Again, the conditioning was absolutely terrible. It was only 106 degrees Fahrenheit today. War Eagle!
