Good morning. Enjoyed the long weekend, but time to get back to work. Didn't sleep much last night, so that may limit the length of the metcon that I do later. Also, today and tomorrow are supposed to be super long days at work so that may play a limiting role as well. Hope you all have a good day and good luck on Bench Jaysun.

"20 Pieces of Angie" 20 Rounds for Time of: 5 Pull-ups 5 Push-ups 5 Sit-ups 5 Squats
Time: 12:39
Comments: Man that metcon was a lot tougher than I thought it was going to be. I had originally picked a different one, but if I'm not completely dead after tomorrow, I may do deadlifts so I wanted to do one that was a little less taxing on the lower body. With only 100 total squats, this one fit the bill. I was just going to do Angie but went with this one thinking it may have been easier. Well, as far as total time, yes, it was about 6 minutes faster than my PR for Angie. The tough part of this one was that you had so few reps in each round that you pretty much had to go all out the entire time. Anyway, it was a good metcon. All reps were unbroken (that's only really impressive for the pull-ups). Tomorrow, I'm working about 12 stories up on one of those things that the window washers use. Should be an interesting day trying to get over my fear of heights. Have a good night.
