Not too bad. Short and sweet. The jump squats were the gassers. Squats were fine. Hope the day was good to everyone.

It's going to be a rest day here. Work was rough today. I carried a bunch of gear up and down the steps (with a 30 lb backpack on). And that was only the beginning. After that, I helped rig the gear up and spent about 6 hours working on the lift about 160 feet above the ground. It was also 90 degrees this afternoon. To make matters worse, we skipped lunch and I ended up soaked to the bone by the end of the day. Had I not skipped lunch I may have thought about working out tonight, but I'm running on empty (and barely running). More similar fun tomorrow. Hopefully not quite as bad. I do hope to do DLs after work tomorrow. A metcon probably won't be necessary. Hope you have a good night.
