Hard to believe it's been 14 years since that fateful morning.

Ended up being a rest day here. Thanks, it was not as heavy as yours, but I'm creeping up week by week. The conditioning can be as hard as you want it to be. A lot of it depends on how fast you want to run. All together I ran 1800m which is a little over a mile. I feel like my time was good. I enjoyed it more than any of the other conditioning sessions I did this week.

That's a good thing. I find myself a lot "just trying to get through it" and not really enjoying myself. Good job creeping up on the weight. You're definitely making progress.

My program only allows so much of an increase based on the number of reps you get in the last set of the last week of the wave. It's usually a 5-10# increase of the working max per exercise. I do have to say that I have been killing it on those sets. At the end of this wave I'll be pulling 320 to failure. If the trend continues I'll be super happy because it will be 8+. My 1RM is 385.

8x320? You're a beastlier man than I am, that's for sure. I'd be happy to get 5 reps at that weight. Also, that's cool that your program takes your last week's performance into account when planning the weight for the following week. That tends to go the extra mile as far as tailoring a one size fits all plan to the individual.
