Good morning. Fall is officially upon us. The weather up here today is supposed to top out around 78 degrees (although it is cloudy). Also, we've got some college football on the TV.
I'm planning to do a run in a little while. Also have to mow the yard and wash/wax one of the cars. Hope you all have a great day.

Warm-up: Wash the Car
Conditioning: Distance Run 4 Miles, 34:38, 8:39 Pace
Cool Down: Mow the Yard
Comments: That cooler weather makes a world of difference. It was 75 degrees when I finished. That was easily the best pace I've had on a run of that distance in a while. And I wasn't even 100 percent. OK, time to hang with the family. Have a great day.

About 85° but 100% humidity and not raining.

So after the soccer game where we were defeated (our first loss in 3 seasons) by the team we have beat three seasons in a row for the championship and then watching Auburn struggle and almost lose to a D2 team, I had to work out. Here's what I did:
WU: 200 single unders, 4' AMRAP of: 5 four count flutter kicks, 5 push ups, 5 jump squats, 5 jumping jacks TR=6+20 flutter kicks
Bench Press: 195*4*5 195*5+(12) TT=6'46"
Conditioning: 25 push ups, 10 squats,20 push ups, 20 squats,25 push ups, 30 squats,10 push ups, 40 squats, 5 push ups, 50 squats TT=8'08"
Triceps were failing me on the push ups. I am fairly certain that the conditioning time is a new shattered record but, I'll have to look in the journals. Felt super strong on the bench hence the 12 reps on my 5+ set. Have a nice family day.
