Wow, are we half way through this month already? Must be. It's 51 degrees outside here right now. I have OH Press and a metcon later. Good luck on Rows!

WU: 2' of sit ups (68) 3rft:10 squats,10 four count mtn climbers TT=2'07"
BB Rows: 140*5*5 140*5+(12) TT=6'45"
Conditioning: 21-15-9 of sit ups/HRPU/jump squats $out=25 burpees TT=7'24"
Rows were a breeze. Good and strict form. Felt strong. The conditioning was terrible. The 21-15-9 portion was ez and I was done in 4'08", but the burpees sucked. #2 has piano lessons today but, other than that, we are free. Have a great day.

I love me some medium weight rows. Yeah, 25 burpees sucks any time. Worked my a$$ off again today. Trying to figure out what to do as far as training goes.

Comments: Really beat from not a lot of sleep and a ton of work the last two days. OH Press: Shoulders were pretty beat down already from work, but not a bad showing. Happy with a new PR 2RM. Metcon: I picked this one because I thought it was going to be short. Not so much. This one was surprisingly tough. Subbed Pull-ups with K2E on each rep for L Pull-ups. Triceps were already smoked from all of the shoulder work. Sit-ups actually weren't that bad, but there were a lot of them. Tomorrow is a rest day as far as training goes. Lots of work to do though. Back is still hurting about the same as last night. If it is still hurting on Thursday I may have to skip Deadlifts. Either way, I doubt I'll be going that heavy on them. Have a good night.
