Clean & Press: 115*5*5 115*5+(8) TT=7'24"
Conditioning: 625m swim TT=15'39"
C&P felt heavy. I had a BW conditioning lined up but, nahhh...took a swim instead. Glad I did it. Felt good. Enjoy the rest day.
