Deadlifts 5x225, 5x285, 5x315, 3x355, 1x405, 1x435 (Fail)
Assistance: 4 Rounds, Not for Time: 5 Deadlifts, 210 lbs 5 Power Cleans, 95 lbs 10 Toes to Bar
Time: 37:12
Conditioning: Short Metcon
Use only one Barbell and move it from station to station. Use 75% of your 1RM for Overhead Press as the weight. (125 lbs) Complete the following for time: 10 SDHPs 10 Clean & Jerks 20 Snatch Pulls 20 Squats 30 Rows 30 Close Grip Bench Press
Time: 14:26
Deadlifts: Back was feeling pretty good today so I went heavy. 405 was a hair over 95% of my 1RM. That rep went up just fine. I tried 435 after that and it just wasn't happening. Oh well. I haven't gone above 355 in 5 or 6 months so I'm happy with that. Metcon: That is a good metcon. I thought about doing a pyramid scheme with it and may do that in the future. That one was tough, that's for sure. Bench tomorrow and a Run hopefully. Have a good night.

Dang! 405 huh? Nice! That metcon looks tough. I wouldn't want to be doing 10 SDHP's with 125! Good work.

Conditioning: 750m swim TT=16'42"
Nothing too bad today. DL's were easy. The single unders were tough! I've been trying to beat 288 of them in 2' for a while. Had soccer practice after and that went well.

Nice work on the Single Unders as well. That is amazing. My calves give out way before I get to 200 straight reps of those.
