Good morning. Last day of my 7'th Mesocycle. It has been going on now for 5 Weeks (and 8 straight weeks without a week off or deload week). I guess traveling really takes it out of you huh? I couldn't do more than 3 or 4 weeks without a deload week at my last job. And even with that I was over training. This new job, even though the hours are longer and the work is harder, is still better for me. Up early to do some Bench this morning. I still technically have a distance run to do, but we're going to the zoo tomorrow so I may just count that as the run as I'm sure we'll walk several miles. It should be a fun day and I'll be sure and flip off the monkeys for you Jaysun.

Rows 5x165, 3x195, 1x215
Assistance: 4 Rounds, Not for Time: 5 Bench Press, 135 lbs 5 Rows, 115 lbs 5 Ring Dips 5 Strict Pull-ups 10 Straight Leg Deadlifts, 115 lbs
Time: 36:20
Comments: Bench: Wish I could've gone heavier on Bench. I felt nice and strong. Once I get above 235 lbs it starts to feel really awkward due to my set-up. Oh well. Rows: Again, going heavy on rows with no chest support isn't smart. Assistance work was fine. This cycle is officially a wrap. Hope you have a great day.

Thanks. Not sure if I totally agree with never taking a deload week. I think it's nice once in a while. It was sort of an experiment to try and go 8 weeks without one. I'll see how I feel on Sunday or Monday and make the call then.

WU:500m run 2'13" then, 4rft: 5 chins, 10 push ups, 15 squats,20 sit ups TT=4'57"
Bench Press: 185*2 200*2 215*3*5 215*5+(8) TT=8'06"
Conditioning: 10' AMRAP of Cindy+20 sit ups TR=6
If you combine the WU with the conditioning I would have 10 rounds of Cindy+20 sit ups in 15 minutes. BP was OK but, felt heavy. I was hoping for 10 reps on my 5+ set. We have two soccer games in the morning then we leave for Birmingham, Alabama to see the US Women's National soccer team play Sunday. Pretty stoked to see the champions of the world play. My boys will also get to see some stellar "futbol." Hope you have a great weekend.
