Still not sure if I'm doing a deload week. I think it would be nice to give my body a little break, but I'm not feeling bad by any means. We'll see. Also, not sure if I'm talking to myself at this point. Jaysun, if you're out there, hope you had a good weekend.

WU:8' AMRAP of: 5 four count flutter kicks, 5 push ups, 5 jump squats, 5 jumping jacks TR=10+5 flutter kicks
Squats: 225*2 240*2 260*3*5 260*5+(8)
Conditioning: 10' of 15m sprints with one burpee at the end; do this every 15 seconds
Nothing too bad today. But a little stiff after doing much of nothing over the weekend except eat and go to soccer games. This is a nice workout the conditioning was not nearly as bad as it sounds. I'll get caught. up on the threads tonight I have soccer practice.

Well, I'm going to take a deload week. It's not even so much for my body as it is for my mind. My body is feeling fine. I'm working 11 hour days all week and it would be nice to not have to deal with cramming working out into my schedule. Also, there are some other things that I need to take care of in what little time I have. That being said, I am going to do some stuff. I'll do my typical 50% strength workouts and will do some light conditioning as well. Today is another rest day though. I'll probably combine Squats/OH Press and Deadlift/Bench this week. I'll be on it tomorrow.
