Good morning. I may go ahead and run today. After this, it is supposed to rain every day through Sunday so it may be a good idea to go ahead and get that done. Hope you have a good day.

Clean & Press: 105*2 115*2 125*3*5 125*5+(5) TT=8'18"
Conditioning: 10>>>>1 ladder of:push ups,squats,burpees TT=10'55"
Conditioning was awful but needed. The clean and Press felt heavy and my right shoulder was hurting the whole time which is why I only did 5 on my 5+ set. Another slow day. Hope yours was good. Enjoy the run.

3.35 Miles, 28:43, 8:32 Pace
Comments: Third 11 hour day in a row. Didn't really feel like running but got it in anyway for the sake of the next few days being rainy. Not upset at all with that pace. Have a good night.

Nice work on the C&P and conditioning. Strong sets. Thx, IDK but, my shoulder pain came out of nowhere. It really hurt and honestly, the BB just felt heavy. Even breaking it off the ground was tedious. First time in a long time that has happened.
