Good morning. Probably going to be a rest day here. My wife needs a break from the constant childcare responsibilities. So that means I'll double up again tomorrow and do DLs/Bench. Have a good day.

WU:1000m run,20 sumo squats, 15 sit ups, 10 burpees TT=6'17"
DL:245*2 275*2 295*3*5 295*5+(8) TT=10'29"
Conditioning: 1000m run, 20 sumo squats, 15 sit ups,10 burpees TT=6'17"
The deadlifts were hard at first but finished strong. Had some issues with my form. I call the WU/Conditioning "B4&After" Kind of a benchmark that I made up to test my work capacity. I was totally surprised that I matched the times. The "after" felt a lot tougher. Have open house at the boys school tonight. Have a good one and good for you taking care of the baby.

Comments: Was going to take the day off and then when I got home, my wife and daughter were out at the store so I went ahead and knocked this out. Nothing spectacular. Done with the Deload Week. May do a short metcon tomorrow if I feel like it. Have a good night.
