Good morning. Pouring down rain here. That should make for a nice 3 hour commute. Probably going to be a rest day as far as training goes. Hope you have a goo day.

Bench Press: 140*5 165*3 195*2 210*1 220*1 235amap(10) TT~10'
Do not have a lot of time for working out today did a quick warm up and then wanted to get this bench workout done to see if I could get 10 reps with 2:35 or not. I did and I'm fantastically impressed with myself and happy was not a grind at all very explosive and felt great. Very very happy with this this is showing that my program is really working not even tired. Off to a Boy Scout campout then we have soccer all day tomorrow. Hope you have a good weekend.

I was excited about the workout. I surprised myself.
