Good morning. Last night in the shower I actually had some pain in my back that almost had me hit the floor so I'm going to drop the weight back to 70% on all of my lifts for a little while and see if that helps. It does feel a lot better today. Actually, it barely hurts at all, so that's good. Just to be safe though, I'm going to dial it back for a while. Going to hit some OH Press this morning, then a 3.5 hour drive in the rain. Have a good day.

Comments: Got this in this morning. 115 lbs felt heavy. Might be because of the elevendy billion burpees last night. Oh the plight of the home gym enthusiast...
As I mentioned earlier, I dropped back to 70% again. The last cycle proved that I could stay there for a while and still jump back up to higher weights/percentages without much of a problem. I'll just stay there and play it by ear for a while. Heading up to VA for work. Hope you have a good day.

Rows were heavy. Probably going to back off percentages on that. The conditioning was tough. 2000m total run. No breaks between calisthenics and runs. Off to a soccer game. Have a good evening.

Nice work on all of the above. 12 hour work day here and an early one tomorrow. No conditoning other than work. Hope soccer is fun.
