Deadlifts: 190*5 230*3 270*2 285*1 305*1 325amap (7) TT=11'29"
Conditioning: 500m run,40 squats,30 sit ups,20 push ups, 10 burpees TT=5'28"
Was/am tired today. Was not feeling it but, got it done. Have two soccer games this evening. Leaving for Auburn Homecoming game tomorrow afternoon. Have a good one.

Assistance: 4 Rounds, Not for Time: 5 Deadlifts, 210 lbs 5 Clean Pulls, 155 lbs 30 Second Plank Hold

Conditioning: Metcon
For Time: 30 Jump Squats 30 Pull-ups 30 Ring Dips 30 Knees to Elbows 30 Ground to Overheads, 95 lbs 30 Rows, 95 lbs 30 Overhead Press, 95 lbs 30 Good Mornings, 95 lbs
Time: 20:37
Comments: Felt good on these sets. Nothing to it. Technically, 295 is 70% for me but I upped it for the sake of loading plates. Metcon: Nothing easy about that one. Ground to OH was the worst. Then OH Press shortly after was also terrible. Went ahead and went a little longer on this one since I didn't do a metcon on Tuesday.

It has rained here every day since last Friday and is not supposed to let up until next week. We're all about to lose our minds... Well, hopefully you guys have a nice big screen TV if it doesn't work out.
