Dead Hang Pull-ups 1 Set of Max Reps: 12
Assistance: 4 Rounds, Not for Time: 5 Bench Press, 135 lbs 8 Hand Release Push-ups
Assistance: 4 Rounds, Not for Time: 10 Rows, 115 lbs 5 Good Mornings, 135 lbs
Time: 25:00
Comments: Felt pretty good for this even with last night's metcon. Happy to get 12 Pull-ups too. I split up the assistance work so that I coul do some heavy Good Mornings. It has been a while and I wonder if that weakened my lower back and aided in the injury… Splitting up the assistance sucked. Probably going to try and run tomorrow since it is raining all day today. We'll see. Have a goo one.
