Squats Dropped the weight to work on form 5x135, 3x155 5x185, 2(5x205)
Assistance: 4 Rounds, Not for Time: 5 A2G Squats, 135 lbs 5 Box Step-ups (per leg), 40 lb Dumbbells 10 V-ups
Time: 29:00
Conditioning: Interval Run
800 Meters, Slow Pace: 4:30 800 Meters, Fast Pace: 3:15 800 Meters, Slow Pace: 4:10
Comments: Started at 185 lbs to check form. Felt fine. Went up to 205 for the last two sets. That is probably going to be about as high as I go until 205 feels more effortless. Started to feel like my form was just about to break down on the last two reps. Overall, my back felt good and form looked good. Run: Felt pretty decent for it. About 65 degrees and light rain. Pretty good times. Glad you all had fun at the game and hope you enjoy the day.
