Good morning. Barely got any sleep last night, but am going to go ahead and hit some OH Press anyway. The metcon later may be shorter than usual though. Wind is howling up here. Should make for an interesting commute. Hope you have a good day.

Assistance: 4 Rounds, Not for Time: 5 Overhead Press, 85 lbs 5 Push Press, 105 lbs 10 Good Mornings, 105 lbs
Time: 19:00
Comments: Despite only 4 hours of sleep, this was a pretty good workout. Felt strong on all sets.

I feel ya. My sleep was interrupted as well. Here's what I did:
WU: 5' AMRAP: 5 chins,10 push ups, 15 squats,20 sit ups TR=4
Bench: 220*6*3. 220*3+(6) TT=6'17"
Conditioning: 10' AMRAP: 5 chins,10 push ups, 15 squats,20 sit ups TR=6+5 chins
Felt good even though I am tired. The conditioning was tougher than the bench. The sit ups were the time sucker. We have soccer this afternoon. Hope the weather was OK.

Yeah, sit-ups seem to work better in just a "get it done" metcon. They do tend to slow you down. Have fun at soccer.

Comments: Was dragging all day, but once I found out Jaysun had pushed on through and worked out I decided to go for it. Wrote this metcon last night and it is a good one. The name actually came to me around round 7 or so and I started laughing for a brief second before trying not to puke again. Good metcon. 400 total reps. I tried to video the last round, but my phone rang and screwed it up. Resting tomorrow. Have a great night.
