Conditioning: "From Love to Hate, a 45 lb Plate" Use one 45 lb Plate for each exercise. Ten Rounds for Time: 10 Ground to Overheads 10 Rows 10 Squats 10 Overhead Press

#1 and #3 stayed home because they each had a fever at midnight. I am home with them and knocked this out. The squats were fine. I could've gotten 10 on the last set but, I'm not supposed to go all out this week. The conditioning was awful...awful...good one Trent. Hope you had a great day.

That metcon sucked and I'm definitely feeling it now. My body isn't used to the heavy-ish sets across. Been lifting rep maxes and lots of volume with moderately heavy weights. I have Clean and Press tomorrow and a short run.
