7rft: OHP 125*3,5 chins, 10 push ups, 15 sumo squats, 20 sit ups TT=15'55" On the last round I got 7 on clean and Press. Waiting to see if #1 has strep too.

Assistance: 4 Rounds, Not for Time: 5 Deadlifts, 205 lbs 5 Clean Pulls, 155 lbs 10 Toes to Bar
Time: 19:27
Conditioning: Metcon
10, 20, 30, 20, 10 Reps for Time: Pull-ups Push-ups Squats
Time: 10:28
Comments: Was dragging for this one. Deadlifts felt strong though. Metcon: Got this from the spreadsheet that you sent a while back Jaysun. It was actually written 10-20-30 and that's it. I finished that in 6:48 so I made it into a pyramid. Good metcon. Bench and a Distance Run tomorrow (hopefully). Have a good night.
