Bench 10x45, 5x135, 5x155 3(5x185)
Dead Hang Pull-ups 1 Set of Max Reps: 10
Assistance: 4 Rounds, Not for Time: 5 Bench Press, 135 lbs 10 Hand Release Push-ups
Assistance: 4 Rounds, Not for Time: 5 Rows, 115 lbs 5 Strict Pull-ups 5 Good Mornings, 135 lbs
Time: 25:20
Comments: Not a ton of sleep last night either. Guess it's just one of those weeks. Bench: Didn't feel that strong on these. Probably the metcon last night. Expecting a similar outcome on Pull-ups. Let's try it… Pull-ups: Actually felt pretty strong on those. It was my grip that got me. Probably the DLs, TTB and 90 Pull-ups last night. Oh well. Not surprising. Assistance: This was definitely the worst part of the workout. No doubt about it. Hoping to get a run in later. We'll see how much gas is in the tank. Have a good day.

Conditioning: Distance Run 2.8 Miles, 24:45, 8:51 Pace
Comments: Tried a new route for this run. I was hoping it was going to be around 3 miles. Somehow I need to add .2 miles to it. I'll figure something out. I took it easy on the pace as I haven't slept well all week and was around someone who is pretty sick at work so no reason to kill my immune system. I'm done for the week now. May do another short run on Saturday. Have a good night.

Thanks man. Sorry to hear that everyone is sick. Mike (the guy who briefly joined us here) is also sick so I guess it's going around. Hope everybody feels better soon. Good call on taking it easy.
