Rest Day for me. I mowed the yard really quick and then cleared a bunch of brush in the backyard. Well, "clearing brush" isn't entirely accurate. All I had to work with were hedge trimmers and so I basically cut all of the bushes down as far as I could with those. Now there are just clusters of sticks coming out of the ground. I'd like to go ahead and pull them out of the ground and plant grass there, but the rain started and I needed some more heavy duty equipment to finish the job. That stuff was thick too. Honey suckle, azaleas, etc. All overgrown with vines and stuff. My forearms are screwed. Anyway, it was a long afternoon and I'm hoping there was no poison ivy or anything like that in there. I didn't see any, so that's good. Thinking about pulling them out of the ground by hooking a strap to my car and doing it that way. That would be entertaining.
Hoping to do squats and an interval run tomorrow. I asked for some form help over at SS. Going to work on my breathing and keeping my shoulders and hips coming up at the same time (taking out the squat morning). Should be fun.
